Just the tender chicken chop alone without the sauce is already good enough for me. It makes good finger food too. The next step is to make the plum sauce and to make it stand out from the other plum sauce chicken dishes.
I’m using fresh chicken breast meat to make the chicken chop so that the chicken will be tender and juicy and not too fatty.
[ Ingredients ]
Marinate the thinly sliced 2 chicken breast meat with the following for about 30 mins
1 tsp salt
white pepper
1 tbsp cooking wine
1 tbsp minced ginger or the juice
1 tsp sesame oil
After 30 mins… add the batter and mix well:
1 large egg
1 tbsp potato flour
1tbsp custard powder
Sauce
2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Plum Sauce
[ Directions ]
